i get up everyday around 6.30. i do my meditation (30 minutes of deep breathing) and 20 min visualization (imagining the cancer cells dying in my body and floating away in my veins or a little Pac Man going round eating them all, this one is fun).
7.30 out the house.
i'm starting to walk much easier on the crutches, more fluid. it's still very painful and i can't stand for long periods, no longer than 5 minutes, but i'm getting stronger.
they were cheering me as i walked in today, the receptionist always tell me how i'm walking in faster, so to show off, i took a few steps without the use of the crutches and they clapped. it was a great feeling.
i went straight to the gym, stretched, on the bike for 15 minutes. god it was hard work, then i did the step machine for 5 minutes. i was very pleased with myself. i really had to push it, it's so painful at times, but no pain no game! and for sure no walking!!
they have this vibration bed machine here, so after exercising, you lie on it and it vibrates your whole body. it's a good way of getting oxygen and fluid around the body. so i do 20 minutes of this and it's great.
i've set myself up an exercise routine to follow every morning and it's great.
at 10, i had an Abdominal and Internal Organ massage by a guy called Dr. Michael. He must be 70, looks good for his age, he is Chi Gong master too.
he started by teaching me all about my internal organs, the heart, lungs etc... and their places and spaces they take, explaining for organs to work correctly they need to have their space and freedom to move and do their job. lack of exercise, stretching, bad eating, stress, negative emotions etc all take their toll on our internal organs. our engine is in our chest and our belly, you get the picture....
he slowly massages your abdomen and loosens everything up. my stomach was so stiff, lots of knots and also dead waste in my colon. also my breathing was not 100% correct, too much with my lower abdomen and not enough with my chest. anyway, 1 hour later i feel a lot looser, but slightly bloated! my stomach is making odd noises. thing are working in there!
the massage followed by H-Wave. H-Wave is for pain control. they attached you to these frequency machine giving you electrical pulses, same as your body frequency to stimulate nerve activity and release pain. feels funny to begin with, kind of odd getting electrical shocks every 2 seconds, but then you relax into it and it really helps. i had 30 minutes of that, and i'm having it everyday for the next 2 weeks. hopefully in the next few days i will come off my painkillers, so no more pharmaceutical for me after that.
then at 1 pm i had a clonic. i always laughed at clonic, you know the thought of your private part being invaded and also a slightly gay sort of connection. how silly of me. Clonic is so important. imagine if you never cleaned your bin, what would happen to it? Clonic goes back a long way and it used to be one of the first point of call for most illnesses. it's a must for everyone, at least once a year if not more often.
anyway, the idea was to have the abdominal massage in the morning to loosen everything and then a clonic to wash everything out. Oh boy, the lady said the stuff coming out could have been there for years. i'm thinking more of the chemo days, regardless, i can not tell you how relieved i am. first the feeling, then the thought of all the toxic waste out of my body. this is truly a heavenly experience. i now know that my digestive system is clean. it's like when you clean the bin in the kitchen. i highly recommend it, specially if you are going to change your diet.
i had my lunch after and felt so good.
we had a lecture on Quantum Healing, have a look on the internet. this is the power of visualization of well being, the mind over body/matter. great stuff and i believe in it. i feel it first hand. as far as i am concerned i'm healed.
i went to the pool for an hour. i try to walk in the pool. it's a great exercise. but even in the pool i fall over and i have to find my balance. i tried to swim, but it was a bit too much. overall good exercise.
then at 5 i had a full body scrub, body cleanse and deep bath soak. totally pulling out all toxic, left over chemo and radio, and anything else stuck in my skin. after i could feel my body and skin breathing again, what a feeling : )
at 7 we had another lecture on Body Mind and Spirit. great lecture on the art of chinese medicine and acupuncture.
i am learning so much, feeling better and better everyday.
i'm so happy i'm here. i say it again, i saved my life. this place is truly magical.
i try and write again tomorrow, if not i look forward to reading your comments.
any interesting news or stories going on?

Rez,
Great to hear its all working out so well. Much better than hospital life hey? I am so glad you've found another way. To be honest with you those hospitals were starting to get me down. Only God knows what it was doing to you! And I take it you are not missing the hussle n bussle of daily life. Not much going on here. Weather has gone pear shaped. We are back to January tempratures with frost on the car in the mornings. Champions league tonight and tomorrow night. Chelsea are catching Man U in the Premiership setting the scene for a nail biting finish to the season. Lewis Hamilton suffered the worst race of his career finishing 13th in Bahrain Grand Prix, crashing into the back of Alonso along the way.
As per your advice I'm gonna turn over a new leaf. I've decided to exercise more regularly. Therefore I intend to play golf at least twice a week. I'm also being instructed to eat healthily on a daily basis. I was under the impression I was eating healthily! I fear it is only a matter of time before Raw is introduced on a regular basis. And you'll be pleased to know that I visited the dentist last week and he is going to start replacing all my mercury fillings. 'What a great idea' he said as the dollar signs flashed ever so brightly in his eyes.
Nawab is so right pointing out, that its you helping those around you out as opposed to us helping you. But that's always been the case with you. But now I think you really are educating us all. So a big THANK YOU.
Also thanks to your blog I'll have to start buying shares in a wheatgrass company, dental surgeries and organic food outlets.
The progress you are making sounds incredible. Take care of yourself and keep up the recovery.
Lots of Love

Hey Rez, wow - your blog is great! not only for those who love you - and can read how you are doing...also for people who don't even know you.
man, you should get a discount at hippocrates for the promotion ;-) just kidding.
well, raw is it. but as you allready said, my raw diet is slighty different. somehow i am not in the sprouting, green juice, etc yet.
in the morning fruits and juices- and during the day dates, dry fruits, fruit bars, nuts, salads
i will work on to change, but have get use to sprout myself.
anyway, to much of details.
keep on going, my friend. its very interesting to follow your steps.
i wish you a great day - and hope you will become better soon.
big hug, kristyan
Reza,
I have just read your account of life at Hippocrates to date and am now eagerly awaiting your next intallment.
It sounds as though you have struck gold in finding that place and that it is giving you piece of mind and bringing you happiness.
On a complete tangent - I can't believe how Moh embarrassed you at Dave's wedding by getting his car stuck in the mud outside the church in front of the whole congregation - only he could do that!
I hope that you have had another good and constructive day.
I won't bore you with a long email but remember that we are all thinking of you and send our love.
Stay strong,
ZA, Tors, Georgia, Grace and Harry

PS Please tell Moh that 2 rounds of golf a week does not constitute proper exercise!!
Rez I have finally moved into my new apartment. I've been to hell and back via IKEA...! Of course BT will not activate my internet for 14 days so I have just caught up on 4 days of the RezaLifeForceBlog. So much news, (raw) food for thought and interaction between so many people around the world but all connected to you. God bless the www. I think you have more support than Manchester United, who are the second best team in England after Chelsea...! On a serious note thank you for all the information on Raw Food and the philosophy behind it. A real eye opener. A tough regime to follow in the rat race of London but I will certainly try to introduce elements of you're discovery into my life. Seems like you're in that boxing ring punching the hell out of this Cancer but with organic/green boxing gloves. Seriously man you're going to beat the most vicious disease with a healthy diet. Doctors in the modern world, TAKE NOTE. Dyda: No I haven't tried smoking wheatgrass yet but I may dust down the old bong and give it a go later, will keep you posted. Moh: When are you going to get down here with some MYEGO products? I need some make-up for Friday night...!
Take care all RezaLifeForceBlog: readers/addicts.

Hi Reza,
Just a quick note to say, I showed your blog to the lady who I am renting a room from in Copenhagen. She has battled with Cancer and is going strong. She had tiers in her eyes, tears of joy she explained. She said you have aside from the right knowledge and support at the institute, the two most significant factors to beat cancer, namely 'hope' and the 'will' to do it. I told her about you, your spirit, passion, drive and so on... she then said, this man will beat cancer and will start a new business which will bring lifeforce to a much wider population. I am sure you will and suggest you buy the lifeforce domain and trademark as a starting point.

Dear Reza

Hey Rez,
Nicky just introduced me to your blog and I’m so glad she did. What you're experiencing is absolutely inspirational and so fascinating. I'm so proud of you Rez. I'm really happy to hear about the positive progress you're making. It’s amazing what stress we put our bodies through over the years; I was kind of convinced I live a healthy lifestyle (no funny comments please), but I guess living in London and being self employed completely counters that argument straight away! Always opportunity to get more balance though and I shouldn't make excuses. Maybe next week as we're moving on Friday to a flat near Victoria Park in Hackney. Can't wait to get settled but dreading it as our current place has 8 flights of stairs and no lift...ouch! Anyway looking forward to hearing more news from you. Lots of love, Sofia xx
Hi Reza Jaan,
As usual, your blog is rich with information, and filled with life forcer's love and good wishes. It's been good to e-mail you seperately, but I have missed reading your enteries and all the comments of your caring support system of friends and family.
I am so impressed with the fact that you are taking this incredibly arduous, but also wonderfully cleansing and effective treatment, with such stride.
You are of strong mind and soul, and there is no doubt you will presevere.
I send you lots of love and look forward to your next entry.

j'espere que tu vas rire un peu en revoyant toute la famille
tu nous as beaucoup manqué mais ce n'est que partie remise
je t'aime très fort

Rezaaa!
Your approach is truly amazing and utterly inspiring. What amazing hands you have fallen into. I would say lucky you but for the circumstances, although when you win this battle your life will be a fresh one, so, in a way, lucky you. If my mother had found Hippocrates she would be turning 67 on the 16th April.
I have somehow found a way towards many of the elements of the raw diet on my own as it all just felt right, and will certainly be introducing more of it into my routine thanks to the information you are sharing with us.
Just got back from a trip to Goa to a brighter London with longer days, and as I work from home I look out on blossom still lining my street. Life is hard as I try to start a new music-orientated company, but still full of fun and love.
Big love to you,
Ben.
Rezzy!!!!! Hi darling. Man i miss my wii partner! Im definitely out of practice so you have nothing to worry about but im waiting for you so when you get back, let the tournament begin!!!!! Ive been reading your blog and you are one of the most inspirational people ive ever met. You really are and im so happy youre doing what you do best, and thats living life so positively. You put everything into perspective and its amazing how much trauma we all do to our bodies basically cos we're not educated enough to realize the damages and stresses we accumulate just in every day living. Well ive checked your checklist and boy do i oughta shape up!! Its so hard to be able to accommodate such standards in the lifestyles we've adopted but like you said, at least try to make small steps into leading a healthier life. Well i know what im having for dinner... A big bowl of raw veggies!! Maybe even a juice to get it down easier.
I miss you baby and im so proud of you. Positive thinking and we had a deal before you left... by the looks of it, i better hurry up and put this record out. Looks like youre gonna beat me to it.
Big Kisses

Hi Reza
I found your blog through your sister on crazysexy life.
I have to say, I feel you are on the right path.
I have leukemia and am following a raw food, jucing, etc. protocol much as you are.
I wish you so much health , more than you can even imagine!
Please keep writing, daily, please tell us everything. It is so very very important to everyone in this fight!

well Moh, when i think of those days in the hospital i feel ill. they were just killing me slowly. they didn't know what they were doing, just experimenting. i do think of Yeganeh, our poor sister, how they just reduced her to nothing and just killed her. they were just feeding me those drugs, drug after drug, see which one works!!! barbaric. anyway, that's history, we are living NOW, and NOW is wonderful. i'm alive and kicking ass. who said football was boring! it's getting very exciting. poor Lewis, hard lesson, let's see how he bounces back. was it his fault, or the car?
as i said in my email, you need to do a lot of research on your dentist, it's not easy to find a good dentist. everyone thinks their dentist is good, but there aren't that many good ones out there. also before they give you new fillings, he needs to do a bio compatibility test for whatever material he will use to refill your teeth. they tell you anything to take your money as you know.
Konard AKA Kristyyyyyyyyan,
you sound what they describe here as a typical RAW foodist. your diet is actually really bad. you have just replaced all food with sugar. fruits are full of sugar, dates are pure sugar, dried fruits are just sugar, dried/fruit bars are just honey which is sugar, salad is the only healthy thing you're eating. you are not getting any protein, calcium and Enzymes. you have to change your diet quick, specially Konrad's. also when i say sprouts, i don't mean just bean sprouts, they need to grow in earth and grow leaves and you eat the green leaves.
for the time being try and each as many green vegetables and salads as possible. they have enough protein to give you more nutrition, and cut back fruits to just one or two pieces a day, preferably in the mornings. don't mix fruits and vegetables either. bad food combining, the crash in the stomach causing digestion problems. i will post some stuff on this.
fruits should be 15% of your diet max. here they have fruits once a week, on sunday mornings. only organic and locally produced.
you need to cut down on the sugar fast, otherwise you will have an acidic blood, high blood pressure, not feeling well, tired and craving for food/sugar. you will also start developing candida if you don't already have it. the food we were eating when i was there was really bad, full of sugar.
i will be there soon, so we get sprouting.
Za, so cool to read you here. i've truck more than gold, i saved my life. i will email you a little video when i get back. you will see what i mean. i was 3 days away from starting a new chemo drug which would have finished me off. what a lucky scape.
Moh's exercise regime is something to be desired for sure. hopefully once i show him the literature and he sees the change in me, he will increase his game to 3 times a week! please Za, look into dairy products. cut them out of your kids diet now, they are poison. i will email you more info on them.
Parky, it's coming down to Man U and Chelsea! what an ending to the season?
Sofia, Sofia, no need to say how touched i am to see you here too. so you found the time out of your busy schedule!!!! only joking. for sure there are plenty of lessons to be learnt from my experience. don't burn the candle at both ends. take a little time out, stop, reassess and rejuvenate. it's simple common sense, but then again how often we don't see what right in front of us until we crash into it. ouch. lovely to hear from you, stay in touch.
Ben, mate you're star.
i feel the same about my sister. only if i knew of Hippocrates back then she would still be alive and i would not have developed cancer. but life doesn't work like that. we all have path and we need to walk them. i feel this has been my path, i don't have regrets, simply looking forward to life and enjoying NOW. Ben you gotta do me a couple of CDs, something to chill to when i'm in Ibiza, that would be great. we can call it LIfe Force.
Bambi, hello gorgeous, yep, don't forget our agreement. i think i'm ahead, but you got to catch up quick. i'm training hard to ditch the crutches so we can play wii, i've got a feeling i will be better at it, i've got a new hip movement. you'll have to check it out. miss you too, less hang out when i'm back
Gary, fatherhood just round the corner, you must be so excited. i'm thinking that way too, very exciting.
thank you Debbie, it's very inspring to see other patients doing the diet healing and getting positive response. i belive in this 100%, and already feel a huge difference, physically, mentaly and spiritually. i feel reborn, on top of the world. it's great.
i wish you all the best, and please keep in touch. i will check out your blog too.
love and positive energy

Arriana, i want to stay the Shah of persia and your Shah. what a beautiful story we are sharing. i'm so confident that i'm healing already, i feel it deep inside me.
Hi Rez,
I'm so sorry to hear about your latest development and I can't imagine how hard this moment is for you. I have no doubt that you're right in thinking that you have to try and find some positivity in the face of great adversity. You have done it before, as we've all read and been so inspired by, and I know you'll do it again. You have all the support and strength from so many people, we all talk about you lots, and urge to on against seemingly impossible obstacles which you keep on triumphing against. Thank you for setting the example, awe inspiring, truly.

Footprints in the Sand
One night I dreamed I was walking along the beach with the Lord. Many scenes from my life flashed across the sky.
In each scene I noticed footprints in the sand. Sometimes there were two sets of footprints, other times there was one only.
This bothered me because I noticed that during the low periods of my life, when I was suffering from anguish, sorrow or defeat, I could see only one set of footprints, so I said to the Lord,
“You promised me Lord,
that if I followed you, you would walk with me always. But I have noticed that during the most trying periods of my life there has only been one set of footprints in the sand. Why, when I needed you most, have you not been there for me?”
The Lord replied, “The years when you have seen only one set of footprints, my child, is when I carried you.”

Reza,
It is so inspiring to read this blog and take so many people along on this journey with you. If I was just hearing through the grapevine what the doctors were telling you I'd be so sad and feeling negative about it but reading this changes everything.
You have changed your way of living and thinking so much and I am sure this is having a huge domino affect on everyone who reads it. You are not only keeping yourself positive but it seems everyone around you which must be having a huge impact.
I am finding this compelling reading as you are a friend but so are some of my friends and family who don't even know you! So writing a book would make perfect sense.
Love always. Lala xxxxxx
