I'm using my new Mac Air, it's gorgeous, so sexy to use. the packaging itself was nice enough to warrant the price tag. I'm sure i will be writing lots, addicted to the Air and telling you how wonderful this place is. So hope you enjoy it.
it's been a fairly busy day. I met the nurse this morning who showed me my blood under the microscope. You can see the blood cells clearly, very interesting site. my blood was 50% stuck together, not so good, it's not carrying optimal oxygen to my body. Some signs of fungus, not too much, but it was showing clearly the effect if chemotherapy on the immune system, weakened blood cells!!!! Then she showed me blood history going back as far as 10 years, she explained how they can see this the same way as when you cut a tree and see the rings of history, the blood registers it's own history in a similar way. Signs of fatigue, stress, toxins, and a depleted immune system for many years! Here i was thinking i was a healthy gym going, good food eating young hard working guy. My body was under immense pressure, and my immune system weak.
She also said the effect of the Chemotherapy drugs were clear. They had totally destroyed my blood cells and immune system, and a huge amount of toxins still present.
Good news is that within 3 weeks i will see a total transformation with my own eyes. For full body regeneration it will take 7 years, but for now, the next 3 weeks my body will bounce back to optimum shape. It all made complete sense, especially when it's there in front of you.
Afterwards i saw the doctor, he is an oncologist, and been here for many years. Guess what? He treated Reza Shah of Iran when he was exile in Canada. Unfortunately back then he had not been aware of the Hippocrates Institute and could not do anything outside of the medical system.
He didn't go through any of my notes from the hospital, or looked at any of my scans. Instead he went through the importance of my immune system and how we need to build it back up quick. He has put me on an IV Nutrition Program. They inject a huge volume of nutrition into my body through my veins to regenerate my immune system. Also I'm having oxygen therapy everyday, some pretty high tech machines they have here. They force oxygen into my body through the skin using Infra Red and the lungs by breathing pure oxygen. I had my first dose today and it was pretty cool.
I'm also on a load of digestive enzymes, this is too help clean my colon and get ride of all the stored toxins which are stopping my body getting full nutrition from the food i eat. Your immune system is directly linked to your digestive system, so the cleaner your digestive system the better your immune system. When you have cold or feel ill, the best thing to do is to fast. Let your body flush out all the toxins. I was always told to eat, get lots of energy from the food. How wrong!!!!!!!!!
This evening we had an introduction to emotional and psychotherapy, their importance to healing. What a major role our mind plays in the healing process and the desire to live. I have never been one to pay too much attention to emotions when it comes to feeling down or ill, but listening to the people here, the professors who have been dealing with 1000s of patients, you start to realize the baggage of emotional burden you carry through out your life. The same as when you move house it's good to throw stuff away and start fresh again, i feel this is going to be an important part of the healing process. I have my appointment on Wednesday at 10 am and i'm really looking forward to it. I never thought i would say, then again i never thought i could change my outlook in life to this degree.
The other guests here are great, i was a little worried thinking it might be too much, too many issues and general feeling of depression. But the place is buzzing, people have so much energy and are totally amazed by what the program is doing to them. The proof is right there in front of my eyes. There people that have been here for 2 or 3 weeks already, and those who just started the program with us today.
The FOOD. The food is the same lunch and evening. Sprouts, greens, salads and vegetables. NO FRUITS. Nothing with sugar. Sugar feeds all the chronic deceases for which people are here. So Dyda, no fruits! You get fat eating fruits. Everything is totally fresh and mostly grown on campus. The rest is local organic produce. Wheatgrass on tap, recommended 2 shots a day, then green juice drinks 3 times a day. The green juices are delicious, such a good way to rehydrate.
The weather is gorgeous, warm but not hot. The swimming pools are great and the SPA is out of this world. Nothing 5 star, it's just the equipments are pretty futuristic.
I did a lot of walking today on my crutches, ditched the wheelchair at last. I hope i won't be in pain tomorrow. It's good for me to walk and exercise my legs. I'm sure I'm going to sleep well tonight.
Early start tomorrow, 7am meditation and then Qi Gong at 8.
How lucky am i to be here, what a decision, what a timing?
I'm grateful for my lucky star and my angels watching over me.
I'm going to love you and leave you.
Look forward to reading your lovely thoughts and wishes tomorrow.
To Life Force
Reza
Payman, of course you can write in French. You can write as much as you want, inject a bit of French Je ne sais quoi, a little bit of romanticism. I would like that.
As for everyone else, you don't need to ask if you can write something, just get on with it and put your thoughts down. It's a great opportunity to let your feelings known, what a better time than this? If i can do it, anyone can.

Dearest Reza,
You have become an addiction and an obsession of mine - or I should say, your blog has become one!
I find myself going to my Bookmarks, looking for the icon for "Reza'sLifeForce", and anxiously reading your next writings!
And today's writings were so informative and eye opening! Our body and mind are so incredible and yet we all seem to abuse both. What a shame. What you are doing with your blog, is making me understand the preciousness of our time here on earth. It makes me think about time and it's need to be slowed down, and enjoyed.
Thank you for being willing to open up to us all, and letting us reexperience our own lives through you. It takes a special person to have the courage to do what you're doing. Thank you.
Nadereh
Reza.
I too have been checking rezalifeforce throughout the days looking forward to reading you're news and experiences. I am not sick but you're writings and new found knowledge makes me want to completely change my diet and lifestyle. To say its inspiring is an understatement. I have been reading the blogs to Niamh and she is not only really enjoying them but is inspired too. We are just so glad that you have found this place and you are on the path to healing yourself and learning to live in a new better way. I'm not going to say this everyday at the risk of boring you and everyone else but I AM SO PROUD OF YOU.
London: The clocks went forward on the weekend and although its not hot or sunny the spring is definitely in the air. So thats nice and since then business has picked up. The store is slowly becoming my own with people getting used to the fact that it is not a Criminal store. the Transition has taken some time. We are moving in to our new place today. I pick up my van and the keys at 11. We are both very excited to have own place and start our new diet! You must email me the juicer information you have so I can buy one. Please remember. Champions league this week. Will keep you posted.
Signing off now - Have a good day to all rezalifeforce readers.

You are creating a world family around you.
That's magic!
About raw food: we started with raw last week and I was wondering about what you say of fruits and sugar -> is it never good or just in case of disease?
A huge hug and remember that you and Veronica have a special place in our hearts.
A huge hug too for the World Wild RezaLifeForce Family! (or should I say "Univers wild Rezalifeforce"... ??? ;)
Hi Reza,
Good to read all the latest and know that you're at such a wonderful place. Add me to the list of addicts!
Such a good way to keep in touch and it certainly saves Moh from my constant stream of questions Rez.
From all your fans in Lymington lots and lots of love to you and Veronica.

This is the site for Juicers and look for the one that can do Wheatgrass.
Hey Rez and blog addicts,
Amazing to hear your news Rez and you sound great. Just checked out Hippocrates online and it looks and sounds exactly what you need. (http://www.hippocratesinst.org - if anyone else is interested there is a video you can watch with testimonials etc - Dyda you can SEE where he is !)
Like I said to you the other day I have a really good feeling about the trip and can’t wait to see you back and better than ever. This blog is fantastic and I’m so pleased that you are finding it a good way to release your thoughts and cleanse your mind babe...it’s all good.
I’ve read and re-read the blog and have often had a lump in my throat - not because I’m sad but because I’m so happy that you have found this place and allowed a new hope into your fight. Its an education for us all and has made me spend hours online reading about it and the various topics surrounding it including healthy lifestyles – never a bad thing.
As has been said time and time again you really are an inspiration Rez and you have so much love behind you, and that together with you're mental state are gonna see you through this....and I'm sure everyone can't wait for that time.....
Haven’t got any football news but the red arrows flew over Mayfair (and the rest of London) at lunchtime and it reminded me of the times we used to all bundle in the cars down to the pier to watch them in the summer - noisy buggers !!
Anyway eagerly awaiting the next chapter ......
Loads of love
Nicks (Lifeforce addict) xx
PS. Enjoy the MacAir - they look divine xx
Mon cher cousin
Reza Joon,
Another thing I must mention about your wonderful blog and the experiences you are so graciously sharing with us, is that I now, for the first time, feel like I am a part of your life and your friends. It makes me feel so good to know that you have such wonderful friends who are so loving and caring. Obviously you have done a lot of good in your life, and so you are deserving of such fantastic people who are your life support. Family comes in many forms, and your blog family is a wonderful one.
It's also great to read Payman's entry. I remember Payman as a small child in Iran, and I'm sure, like you, he is a fine adult now. With my broken French, I was able to understand most of what you wrote Payman, and your thoughts, like the rest of (as Damaris accurately calls it) "Reza'sLifeForce family", are so touching...
I will finish by saying that your Life Force is the beginning of the life line for all of us. And it makes me feel good to be part of it.
Love,
Nadereh

Hey,
Can't believe you are now having these treatments that we have long talked about..like the oxygen therapy.
Got an e-mail from Pierre today, this is what he said... "I am moved to know that Reza is finding a form of serenity through this difficult moment. With LF patients I am learning lessons that reach very far into my soul: Reza is not the only one I see being able to face his situation and find his own way trough it. This is the very essence of life and may be this is, indeed, the only true cure".
He is doing some research with the largest LFS family in Brazil. They will be about 80 cousins, parents, uncles and aunts. His initial patient, Augusta, is now 62 and she is a wonderful women who first had cancer many many years ago.
Nothing new happening here really...still trying to battle with Moh to get him away from those cream cakes..actually we have been quite good recently...found some organic cakes which Moh tells me are healthy! Really want to plan a holiday now. I really want to get away..maybe Brazil like we had planned or quite fancy South Africa... Envy you being in the sunshine.
Have you tried to add photos yet...only you as the blog owner can I think. Wanted to post some pics so have sent them to your e-mail accounts. Download Google Picasso and you can add pics through that. It's really good to organise your photos on your Mac Air.
OK better go now. Over and Out. Jade
dear reza, am wishing you all the best and thinking of you. it really is great to read the blog, completely inspirational and exciting to hear what's going on over there. will be checking in regularly - keep it up!
tom
Thank you for including me on this journey. It is inspirational, moving and informative. Can't wait to follow the tantalizing tales of the amazing recovery of Reza "the unstoppable"
with care
Gary
Rez..Where are you ? We're missing you !! But I guess it must be difficult with your busy schedule at the Hippocrates to find time to write. Hope you're feeling well and continuing to get even better. X
Hi everyone, it's so great to read everyone's thoughts. i don't get too much time to write, it's treatment after treatment, lesson after lesson. it's amazing, paradise. there is only one place with internet connection so i don't get to pass by too often as a little difficult to walk around on crutches.
there are lots of people that are sending me emails, they have not worked out how to get on the blog, i think you have to join google or something, but hopefully we will see a few new people soon.
Nadereh, i totally agree with you, it's so nice to be connected like this. we are cousins and never really spoken to each other. just goes to show how life ca be, we are busy with our lives and we can miss out on it. for sure i'm going to take more time to get to know all my cousins and see what this dehghani family is all about. maybe i can make some sense. i have been thinking tons about Amou Reza. i believe this diet can really help him and i'm thinking very seriously of going to Iran for a couple of month and take him through it. it will be an absolute pleasure and i know he will enjoy and benefit from it. wouldn't that be great. i'm not sure my dad or uncle Kazem would listen to me.
Damaris, incredible how we have never met, but there is a beautiful connection i feel. i'm glad Veronica connected us, please keep sharing your thoughts and your beautiful energy. i hope to meet you very soon.
Frances, the Lymington crew, you are so ahead of your time with your green juices, well done to you. when i come back, we will do a few day crash course and tell you all about it. not sure you will ever change Peter to Nowab! Moh will not change either, but you women are far more clever than us men. we think we are unbeatable, hard guys and clever. we know what's good for us. we don't have a clue, we just don't have the women's intuition when it comes to taking care for life. that's why women are mothers. the nature intended it this way.
Nicky babe, so lovely to hear from you here. well it's all happening. best decision of my life and i will keep saying this forever. the red arrows remind me of Gradis. Bless gim, whatever happened to him at the end? somewhere in France efing at every french man walking by. keep writing Nickyyyyyyyy
Payman, my beautiful cousin. i love reading your messages in french, so deep and beautiful. please keep writing more. i'm sure i don't need to say much about your lifestyle, and some of the tough decisions you have to make to live a healthier life. i'm changing my life for good, and i'm sure it's going to make my life even more energetic and successful than before. i would love to spend sometime with you and talk about things. we need to have a good chat and clear some baggage. maybe we get Moh involved too. can't leave him out, he will be jealous!!!!
Sian, what a surprise. nice to see you in here. does anyone else from Criminal know about the blog?
Jade, i can't upload my pictures, i forgot to bring the camera cable for the computer. silly me, but with everything we had to think of, i think it was a minor mistake. you will photos and videos once i'm back home.
Gary & Tom, nice to have you here too guys. i'm very happy that everyone is enjoying this experience as much as i am.
to life force
Reza it is amazing to read your diaries. You are an inspiration to me and to all people who face challenging times in their life.
I'm so glad to hear you that the programme is going well. You are an incredibly strong person and have a brillian mind. You will beat this thing I am sure.
My thoughts are with you.
Kick some arse!
Rez, keep it on the positive mate. Our collective will is stronger than anything and this amazing love expressed in your blog and the comments will conquer. All of this is testament to the amazing man we all know, filled with desire and ambition, and stubbornness!
I hadn't realised what's been going on recently and am sorry for not keeping up and maybe helping you through some of the setbacks you've faced. You are an amazing man with such a strong will I had just assumed you'd literally be being interviewed by every paper for being the quickest man to beat cancer in the world, and although not the case yet, I still see the sunny side coming soon my friend.
You are a world-beater, and I am amazed by the happiness and wisdom you are managing to spread when it must be such a drain. My happiness is often found in music and I would love to share it with you - say the word and a loaded iPod is at your door (let JoJo know).
Love, live, evolve, you are in my thoughts all the time,
Ben.
